For Unopened, Damaged, or Missing Items
- Unopened bottles: Full refund or exchange just ship back at your cost.
- Damaged in shipping: Free replacement or full refund (photo required).
- Missing items: Report within 3 days of delivery and we’ll reship immediately at no cost to you.
Important Notes
